Start point: Jenoba Campsite, Belukar Bukit Adventure Park, Kampung Belukar Bukit, Hulu Terengganu. Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot. Free parking on site.
End point: You'll be transferred back to Jenoba Campsite after the trip.
Date changes: free up to 7 days before your trip. If river conditions become unsafe, we reschedule for free.

Yes, you can. Swimming skills are not required. Every participant gets proper safety equipment including a life jacket, and our trained guides are with you throughout the journey.
Absolutely! No prior kayaking experience is needed. Our guides provide a safety briefing and basic kayaking instructions before the trip starts.
Sungai Berang is a beginner-friendly river. Around 90% of the route is only thigh to waist deep — comfortable even for first-time participants.
No. Sungai Berang has a gentle, manageable current and is classified as a Class I river — ideal for recreational kayaking and beginners.
You float, we help, you laugh about it at lunch. Guides are rescue-trained and practice recovery drills constantly. On beginner routes flips are rare and never dangerous.
No crocodile sightings have been reported during our kayaking operations. We continuously monitor safety conditions and follow strict operational procedures.
Yes. Our professional, certified guides accompany participants for the entire journey to ensure safety and help whenever needed.
Yes. Children aged 7 and above can join, accompanied by an adult. We fit life jackets for every age and size and add extra guide coverage for family groups.
The nearest hub is Kuala Berang Bus Station. We can arrange pick-up from the station upon request.
Rain or shine, we're paddling, light rain is part of the rainforest magic. If conditions become unsafe, we reschedule your trip for free. Safety calls are made by guides, never by the calendar.
